Marrakesh Market Scene

Physical products such as books and prints are carefully packed in protective packaging so they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are dispatched within [2 to 3] business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes [2 to 4] business days in Portugal, [4 to 7] business days in the rest of Europe, and [7 to 14] business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates, and delays can happen during peak periods or because of customs or carrier issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital products such as Lightroom presets are not shipped. You will receive a download link by email right after your payment is confirmed. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact me.

If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch through the Contact page.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a physical product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, with no reason needed.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact me first through the Contact page with your order number, and I will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. I will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no extra cost to you.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [14] days.

Digital products such as Lightroom presets cannot be returned or refunded once the download has been made available, because they cannot be given back. If you have trouble with a file or the installation, contact me and I will gladly help you solve it.
